Due to our rapid expansion plans, we will need to recruit 84 pilots to crew our fleet of Cessna Caravan and Viking Twin Otter across our five bases in South East Asia notably Hong Kong, Greater Bay Area, Palawan (Philippines), Da Nang (Vietnam) and Bali (Indonesia). As a start-up general aviation regional airlines during the Covid19 pandemic, we understand that we may receive a large number of applications seeking for the flying position, however, priority will be given to residences within the Greater Bay Area to protect the local workforce.

It takes time, money and resources to train a pilot, yet it is natural for pilots to move onto larger airliners once they have obtained the necessary experience, or when the industry recovers. Hence we have launched our self sponsored programme with guaranteed employment. We are asking you to commit a minimum of 5 years with us, once our cadet has completed 5 years of services, the bond of HK$500,000 will then be refunded.

Our plans guarantee employment with Seaplane Hong Kong and our subsidiary across South East Asia, the cadet pilot programme also includes a management trainee programme, which gives our pilots a chance to be promoted to a management role within the organisation and its subsidiary.
