your role

Your role is to help create a high performing, motivated and engaged team through leading, coaching and inspiring. You will encourage fellow team members to love the job they do and make sure they are having great conversations with our stakeholder, it is important to get it right the first time and be find solutions by thinking outside the box. We could start a traditional airline but we chose seaplane with our founder bold approach to creating a domestic market, your job is to design the right product and service for the people of Hong Kong. Making every day better for our colleagues, customer and stakeholder through personal experiences that count.
You will also manage individuals performance and develop the team to achieve and improve on business targets, store standards and compliance.
Reporting to the managers and having people management responsibility for the team members within the company, you will be expected to lead along with the senior management on a daily basis. Travel is part of the role through Visits and wider team meetings and depending on your assign location and trading patterns, weekend and evening working will be expected.
responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role are:

Empowering your team to have great conversations with our colleagues, stakeholders, government officials, business partners and customer, developing strong relationships and explore business opportunities.

Managing projects and monitoring daily activity/targets by the delivery of daily briefings and key business information to the team

Leading the performance of the team alongside the management and delivering monthly 1-2-1s
-
Receive and delivering regular, consistent and effective reviews and demonstrating effective coaching behaviours. To help to grow talent and succession within the business.

Being passionate about Seaplane Hong Kong's products, services and propositions and understand what we offer as a business. Becoming a guide in all things.

Using and developing systems to take ownership of compliance to deliver company policies and procedures.

Maximising productivity in the company and finding an effective and timely way to deliver projects on time and on budget
-
Ensuring the company is adhering to key compliance requirements in relation to store standards, Health & Safety, cash management, security and stock management, CAD compliance, refunds and discounts

Deputising for the management when required

Working with your team to take ownership of the company appearance, taking pride in where you work
