Experimental Test Pilots
The Experimental Test Pilot is responsible for planning, conduct and reporting development and certification flight test activities. They have an in-depth technical knowledge of flight test techniques and experience in aircraft certification documents and processes. Provides design input to the engineering team.

Commercial multi-engine with instrument rating and minimum:

5,000 hours PIC total time

1,000 hours turbine aircraft or helicopter time

SELF-SPONSORED PILOT APPRENTICE PROGRAMME
The minimum requirement for the Pilot Apprentice Programme:

Be at least 17 to submit an application.

Be at least 18 to commence training.

Minimum height 5 ft. 2 in. (157 cm), maximum height 6 ft. 3 in. (191 cm)

Pass Seaplane Hong Kong selection process.

Able to self-sponsored the flight training

Practical Training USA: January 2023
BASIC ENTRY REQUIREMENT

Have unrestricted right to live, study and work in Hong Kong and/or China; or

Meet the Hong Kong and/or China visa requirements

Produce a certificate of no criminal record

Be fluent in English (verbal and written) - ICAO Level 4

Class 1 Medical without restrictions

Able to demonstrate that you have successfully completed secondary education

Part-time employment available (Minimum hours applies)
