Our cancellation policy for the Manila Helicopter Tour is restrictive and no refunds or exchanges. The following cancellation policy applies to all services and activities booked with Seaplane Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
- Cancellations must be made in writing and received by the Company at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date and time of the service or activity.
- The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking fee for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date and time of the service or activity.
- No refunds or exchanges will be provided for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled date and time of the service or activity, or for no-shows on the day of the service or activity.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services or activities due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen events. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by the Company, the Company will provide a full refund or offer the opportunity to reschedule the service or activity at a later date.
- The Company is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer due to a cancelled or rescheduled service or activity, including but not limited to, travel expenses, accommodation expenses, or any other related expenses. The Company reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time, without prior notice. By booking a service or activity with the Company, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
